Each resort presented on the following pages has its own distinct characteristics, with regards to its facility and location; not all of these facilities, however, are suitable for welcoming children.  If the hotel does not accept children, you will find an indication of this on the charts relating to the respective facilities.

There will always be someone you can turn to, to ensure your experience is an unforgettable one. In all departure airports, our assistants will be available to help you with your boarding requirements.
In your travel documents you will also find telephone numbers you might need at the time of departure. You will be assisted for the entire duration of your holiday according to  different assistance formulas, structured according to the characteristics of the country you will be visiting.

Fees
All the fees are expressed in euros per person. Additionals and reductions are, if not differently specificated, to be intended daily and for the effective period of use.

Hotel classifications
Hotel classifications can be found in the hotel's description, as each TClub, just like the countries that host them, has its own characteristics and features. Should the hotel not accept children, you will find full indications on the various charts relating to each facility.

Still with us
If you book another TClub, Hotelplan and Turisanda holiday within 12 months of your original departure date, you will be given a discount of 100 euro per couple for long-distance trips, and 50 euro per couple for medium/short-haul trips.
This discount is available only if requested on booking.

Honeymoons
Newlyweds on honeymoon will be given a discount of 100 Euro per couple for long-haul trips and 50 Euro for short/medium haul trips, unless otherwise specified in the price table.
The "Honeymoons" catalogue also includes some incredible deals and unmissable opportunities for newlyweds that will surely provide the holiday of a lifetime.
This catalogue includes packages in which every detail has been meticulously planned, with a variety ranging from a holiday in the tropics, to tours in some of the most remote places on the planet, or even more offbeat destinations: the location may change but the unmistakable quality and attention to detail always remains the same... Because the precious memories of your honeymoon will remain with you forever.
The discount is valid for up to 6 months after the wedding date, and publication of bans is required. It can be used on all offers apart from those in the "Honeymoons" catalogue.

The discounts cannot be combined and are applicable only for catalogue prices for flight and accommodation packages with a minimum of 7 nights.
Unless otherwise specified, they are not valid for departures between 18/12/09 and 07/01/2010 and between 27/03/2010 and 10/04/2010.
The information shown here may vary in the case of special promotions published close to the departure date.

Special parking deals
If you are driving to the departure airport, Hotelplan Italia has an agreement with ParkinGO, which has large covered and uncovered car parks located close to the main airports. A shuttle bus is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year, included in the parking fee, which will take you to your terminal.
Prior booking is always advised, but is mandatory in high season (July, August, and between 15/12/09 and 06/01/2010).

Airport transfer with driver
For an even more relaxed trip, you can book a private airport transfer with a car or minivan and driver from your home (or office) to the departure airport, and vice versa on your return.
