A suggestive, romantic ASTRO TOUR to admire an uncontaminated sky

You will proceed into the desert for about 30 minutes to reach a suggestive open-air astronomical observatory. Enveloped in the darkness, under an incredible celestial vault, you will be assisted by an expert guide to identify the constellations and learn about the mysteries of the night sky, for a night steeped in the peace and the mystical atmosphere of the desert.

Snorkelling safari, for those who love intact reefs
An entire day devoted to exploring the depths of this uncontaminated sea, surrounded by multicoloured coral formations and variegated fish species. After lunch, the program for the day includes snorkelling, sun and plenty of relaxation. The return trip begins in the late afternoon, right before dusk.

Paradise Beach
The splendid Paradise Beach is approximately 40 minutes away from the Berenice TClub. A sparkling white sand beach and colours that bring to mind the great Maldivian lagoons, for an amazing snorkelling experience. Plus lots of free time to take long walks to familiarise with the sea creatures that populate this site.

House reef boot, diving from the boat into the marvellous blue expanse
During your stay, you can participate in snorkelling outings under the guidance of experts. The boat leaves the pier to reach different dive sites where you can admire the coral barriers within the bay. You will swim among brightly coloured tropical fishes, explore intact reefs and coral islets emerging from the blue of the Red Sea. The return trip takes place before lunch.

El Shalatin
A visit to discover the authentic traditions of this market. An excursion conceived for those who love culture and a world still uncontaminated by mass tourism, to experience new emotions and savour ancient atmospheres. Our destination is the administrative boundary between Egypt and Sudan. For centuries Bedouin tribes from different countries have met here to exchange commodities. Known primarily as a dromedary trading post, this "market" offers the widest variety of goods, such as fabrics and jewels, knives and spices, everything these people need to survive. In a surreal, fantastic setting, you will get to know the Bedouin people and learn to respect their lifestyle and customs.

Jeep safari, for those who love the silence of the desert
A desert excursion, travelling off-road to discover a fascinating, incredible world. Besides unforgettable vistas, valleys and canyons, a stop at a Bedouin encampment will give you a chance to learn about their culture and taste the coffee with ginger and tea offered by them. Then, before starting off on our return route, we shall be able to admire mineral rich areas that, at sundown, enliven the sky with a stunning show of colours.

Luxor, an unforgettable day A day spent exploring one of the most interesting and celebrated locations of Ancient Egypt. In the morning, a visit to the Karnack temple, known above all for its 134 columns, where you can admire the hieroglyphs, still perfectly preserved notwithstanding the many centuries gone by. This will be followed by a visit to the temple of Luxor, originally linked to Karnack by an avenue bordered by sphinxes. In the afternoon, we shall cross the Nile to reach the Valley of Kings that houses the tombs of legendary pharaohs, followed by a visit to the temple of Queen Hatshepsut. The day will end at the colossi of Memnon, once considered the "guardians" of an ancient temple.

Aswan, the enchantment of antiquity

A day devoted to exploring one of the most enchanted venues of Egypt, where ancient culture mingles with Nubian flavours. First we shall cross the famous dam on the Nasser Lake, an immense structure and a rich resource for the entire country. The tour will continue aboard a felucca, to reach the Temple of Philae that rises on an island in the Nile. In the afternoon, back to the city of Aswan to visit the Nubian museum. On the way back, a stop to admire the ancient Temple of Edfu, situated close to the city by the same name and consecrated to Horus, the falcon-headed god.

Aswan and Abu Simbel

A night in Aswan to visit one of the wonders of the ancient world: the Temple of Abu Simbel. The first day, a visit to the Temple of Philae and the great Aswan Dam; in the afternoon, visit to the Nubian Museum, followed by a boat trip to the first cataract of the Nile, with a stop in a Nubian village. The nest day, departure for Abu Simbel (about 3 hours away) to admire the celebrated Temple. After that, back to Aswan for lunch and return to the TClub.
