At The Sands at Chale TClub resort, the diving centre has the last word in terms of avant-garde equipment and edge-cutting services. Its trademark «Diving The Crab» is a byword for experience and reliability: ever since the outset, all efforts have been made to supply a professional and dedicated service to all those wishing to gain a deeper knowledge of the sea.  Instructors are fully qualified and offer PADI and SSI courses, from the basic «SCUBA DIVER» to the «DIVE MASTER» course. The courses open to guests, at an extra charge, are: Discover Scuba Diving, Passport Diver, Open Water Diver, Advance Open Water Diver, Specialty Courses, Rescue Diver Course and Dive Control Specialist (please enquire about relative costs on site when booking). In addition, some daily courses are offered free of charge to introduce beginners to scuba diving, and allow them to become familiar with diving equipment; these courses are held in the swimming pool of the resort with a professional instructor.  New equipment branded Mares and Freeshark is a clients’ disposal, as well as compressors, 12 and 15 litre cylinders, masks, flippers and mouthpieces of various sizes for both adults and children.
Alongside scuba diving «The Crab» centre also offers other activities: catamaran, kayak, snorkelling, excursions in the mangrove forest and boat cruises. It also organises dolphin spotting trips and, in some periods, sightings of the whale sharks that visit these waters.
